We're currently recruiting a dedicated Assistant Cafe Manager to help ensure the smooth running of the operations in a major High Street brand on a full time basis, contracted to 40 hours per week.

Your role is to assist in developing, leading and managing a motivated, trained team with the appropriate skills to deliver a profitable store and ensure all budget targets are not just achieved, but exceeded.

- Sound knowledge of Hygiene, Health and Safety
