Role: Account Executive
Location: Basingstoke - Hybrid (2 days a week in office)
Term: Full Time, Permanent
Salary: Up to 26,500 per annum
Reporting to: Customer Experience Team Lead
CCA Recruitment Group are delighted to be partnered with a fast-growing technology brand who are looking to scale and hire a new Account Executive.
The Account Executive is an exciting opportunity that will suit an individual with a background in customer support and customer experience - essentially, someone who puts the customer at the heart of everything they do.
You will be working for am ambitious, scaling organisation who empowers their people to succeed and develop.
Accountabilities & Deliverables
- Support and resolve customer issues and queries via various channels - phone, email etc.
- Communicate with customers effectively, offering a thoughtful and tailored approach to every interaction.
- Deliver training via webinars to help support customers with the platform and ensure that they continually engage moving forward.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful onboarding and understand ongoing needs and requirements.
Person Specification
- Demonstrable experience in an account executive, customer support or customer success role.
- Critical thinking skills and the ability to work at pace.
- Comfortable with dealing with a wide range of customer needs, and a mixture of inbound and outbound calling when required.
- Attention to detail - experience of handling data and using multiple customer related systems.
- Excellent communication skills and a strong team player.
