We are seeking an experienced and driven Account Manager to grow our projection and AV rental business within the value-add AV distribution market. This role will focus on building relationships with AV integrators, rental companies, offering expert advice on projection and AV rental solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the AV industry, a background in sales and account management.
Key Responsibilities:
Account Management:
             • Manage a portfolio of existing clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business.
             • Build and nurture long-term relationships with AV integrators, rental companies, and other channel partners.
• Serve as the main point of contact for inquiries related to projection      equipment and AV rental services.
Sales & Business Development:
             • Identify new business opportunities in the AV rental and projection markets, driving revenue growth for the company.
             • Proactively reach out to potential customers, follow up on leads, and close sales.
             • Develop and execute account growth strategies, including cross-selling and upselling within the product portfolio.
             • Collaborate with the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs
Product Knowledge & Expertise:
             • Maintain deep knowledge of projection and AV rental products, including features, benefits, and competitive positioning.
             • Stay updated on the latest trends and developments in AV technology, ensuring clients receive cutting-edge solutions.
             • Provide technical guidance to customers to assist them in selecting the appropriate AV solutions for their projects or rental needs.
Coordination & Project Management:
             • Work closely with the internal logistics, technical, and support teams to ensure seamless delivery of products and services to customers.
             • Oversee rental and projection equipment orders, ensuring timely delivery and fulfilment.
             • Coordinate with manufacturers and suppliers for product availability, lead times, and special requests.
Reporting & Documentation:
             • Track and report sales activity, including pipeline management, account progress, and revenue forecasting.
             • Maintain accurate records of client communications and agreements within the CRM system.
Qualifications:
Experience:
             • 3+ years of account management or sales experience within the AV industry, particularly in projection and AV rental.
             • Proven track record of managing customer relationships and achieving sales targets
Knowledge & Skills:
             • Strong understanding of AV systems, particularly projection equipment and rental solutions.
             • Knowledge of the AV distribution and integrator channel is preferred.
             • Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
             • Ability to understand technical details and translate them into customer value propositions.
Technical Skills:
