Business Development Manager

Role Purpose
- Drive sales growth by generating new qualified leads and nurturing existing customer relationships.
- Build relationships with Account Directors to close opportunities and exceed customer expectations.
- Thrive in a target-driven, fast-paced sales environment.
Responsibilities
- Conduct phone sales for IT networking and cyber security solutions.
- Build and maintain relationships with customers and vendors.
- Develop business with both new and existing customers.
- Cold calling daily to generate leads and opportunities.
- Manage prospects using an online CRM system and support marketing campaigns with follow-up emails.
- Create proposals, quotations, and attend customer meetings when applicable.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years' experience in IT security technology sales.
- Proven success in a cold-calling environment.
- Strong communication skills with attention to detail and organisation.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and CRM tools.
- Passion for technology and IT security with a self-starter mindset.
