Creative Account Executive

This is a wonderful opportunity for someone with client handling and some office experience to join a creative agency with an excellent client base and supportive team environment in a busy, responsible role. The position is ideally suited to someone with an interest in creative writing, strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail

Your role will involve:

  • Effective management of all allocated accounts, including processing creative, audio, video and scripting requests
  • Carrying out benchmarking activities and creating reports to accompany findings
  • Providing support on client presentations as required
  • Working closely with the Studio Team to ensure content is delivered to standard
  • Management of client related projects and supporting on new business projects
  • Pro-actively identifying and creating opportunities for further business through interactions with existing customers
  • Writing and processing copy updates, using Canva to produce creative content
  • Attending customer review meetings
  • Creating demo scripts and project managing the creation of demo audio and video content
  • Contributing to research and testing of new applications and processes

You will be the ideal candidate due to your:

  • Degree calibre (Media Studies, Journalism, Business Studies, English etc)
  • Account management/customer interaction experience
  • Confidence in presenting to all levels within an organisation
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to prioritise and manage different tasks and projects at any given time
  • Excellent organisation skills and commercial awareness
  • Skills within: Canva, MS Office Suite including PowerPoint, Word and Excel, MS Outlook CRM packages, MS Teams or similar collaboration systems
  • Own transport due to rural location of office
