Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the sales team with daily administrative tasks.
- Manage and process sales orders efficiently.
- Act as the first point of contact for customers, handling inquiries and providing excellent customer service.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order fulfilment.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activity and reports.
- Support in the preparation of sales presentations, proposals, and contract management.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a sales support, administration, or customer service role.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- A proactive attitude and ability to work well in a team.
- Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
