About the Role
As a Cover Supervisor, you will step into classrooms to deliver pre-prepared lessons and ensure students remain on task. This role is ideal for aspiring teachers who are looking to gain practical classroom experience before pursuing formal teacher training. With the flexibility to choose your working days, this position offers an excellent work-life balance.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver pre-set lessons and ensure students are actively engaged in their learning.
- Maintain a calm and productive classroom environment, managing behaviour effectively in line with school policies.
- Support students in achieving lesson objectives by addressing any questions or concerns.
- Work across multiple secondary schools, gaining experience in a variety of settings and classrooms.
