Experience

• A recognised teaching qualification (e.g., PGCE, QTS) is essential.
• Previous experience in a teaching role is highly desirable but not mandatory for exceptional candidates.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with students, parents, and colleagues.
• Demonstrated ability to adapt teaching methods to accommodate different learning styles and abilities.
