Assistant Team Manager Adults Social Worker -Basingstoke Hospital
Contract length - 6 month minimum (Mat cover)
Rate - 40 per hour (umbrella)
Hybrid working - 2-3 days in office / hospital
Hampshire CC are looking for an Assistant Team Manager to cover Maternity leave Based in the hospital team out of Basingstoke.
This role is hybrid with 2-3 days split between office and hospital.
Responsibilities
- You will manage a small caseload
- Actively build and maintain and/or support staff, in building relationships
- Take responsibility for own line management, supervision, personal development and performance objectives
- Actively work with and/or support staff to use the expertise of individuals, carers, families, communities and hard to reach groups to promote independence and well- being.
- Model the practitioner role on a practice level, and support others to do the same
