Responsibilities:
- Lead the operational team which covers the North East of Hampshire.
- Responsible for managing a team of qualified social workers and case workers
- Contributing to the department's vision and strategic aims.
- Committed to supporting the wellbeing of all your team members and promoting equal opportunities.
- Demonstrate creative thinking, resilience and have exemplary change management skills.
- Contribute to the department's financial budgetary position and ensure the commissioning of quality and sustainable services.
