Team Manager Adults Mental Health Team

Are you an experienced social worker or manager who has the skills and passion to lead and manage a high performing operational Adult Mental Health Team?

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the operational team which covers the North East of Hampshire.
  • Responsible for managing a team of qualified social workers and case workers
  • Contributing to the department's vision and strategic aims.
  • Committed to supporting the wellbeing of all your team members and promoting equal opportunities.
  • Demonstrate creative thinking, resilience and have exemplary change management skills.
  • Contribute to the department's financial budgetary position and ensure the commissioning of quality and sustainable services.
