We are seeking a recognised leader in Windows 10/11 infrastructure and End User Computing to join our team as a Technical Architect. In this role, you will be responsible for the technological assessment of your technical area, crafting High-Level Design (HLD) and Low-Level Design (LLD), and contributing to the analysis of complex issues within a secure environment.

Day-to-day of the role:

  • Design, document, and support the deployment of architectures for Windows 10/11 infrastructure and End User Computing in a secure environment.
  • Conduct technical workshops with stakeholders responsible for various architecture components such as Network, VDI, and Storage.
  • Draft HLD and LLD technical specifications.
  • Provide technical support and input to the implementation teams.
  • Manage project and customer stakeholders effectively.
  • Contribute technical input to the project planning process.
  • Take responsibility for the design of Windows 10/11 infrastructure elements as directed by the project technical solution owner.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Expertise in designing, documenting, and deploying Windows 10/11 infrastructure and Microsoft Active Directory in a secure environment.
  • Experience in managing technical workshops involving multiple stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in drafting HLD and LLD for technical specifications.
  • Strong project management skills and experience in managing customer stakeholders.
  • Ability to provide substantial technical input to implementation teams and project planning.
