Yourresponsibilitieswill be:
- The day-to-day duties of a centre manager, reporting to the local authority landlord and Surveyor when necessary, and supporting each other to ensure all tasks are carried out to thehighest standard.
- Lead the onsite contracted team incleaning, security, maintenanceand more, ensuring the highest operational standards are carried out within the scheme.
- Liaise withonsite tenants, supporting them in their trade, and alsofostering relationshipswithlocal stakeholders, such ascharities, emergency services, and more.

Theright candidatewill have:
- Anenergeticpersonality, withenthusiasmandpassionfor the role, while beinghardworkingandorganisedthroughout.
- An awareness ofHealth and Safetyprotocols not restricted to full site evacuations and measures designed to protect thepublic, staff,andthe centre.
- Experience managing budgets, preferably service charge.
The budget is 57,000 to 62,000 basic salary, dependent on experience.
