Overview

Are you within shopping centre management or a senior retailer, looking for an exciting new challenge? You could be the newShopping Centre Managerof this exciting retail destination inBasingstoke, with the chance to work with one of the largest property management companies in the UK.

Yourresponsibilitieswill be:

  • The day-to-day duties of a centre manager, reporting to the local authority landlord and Surveyor when necessary, and supporting each other to ensure all tasks are carried out to thehighest standard.
  • Lead the onsite contracted team incleaning, security, maintenanceand more, ensuring the highest operational standards are carried out within the scheme.
  • Liaise withonsite tenants, supporting them in their trade, and alsofostering relationshipswithlocal stakeholders, such ascharities, emergency services, and more.

The budget is 57,000 to 62,000 basic salary, dependent on experience.
