The Resource Management Specialist will be an enthusiastic team member and will integrate into our busy, fast-paced environment. Resource Management Specialist Responsibilities (but not limited to)
- Achieve targets and adhere to agreed work / action plans.
- Offer a quality service to all business units by selecting applicants through good job matching.
- Maximise and utilise all available sources of candidates to minimise cost of recruitment.
- Screening candidates by reviewing resumes and job applications and performing phone screenings.
- Recruitment of candidates from start point to placement in conjunction with support from business line.
- Conduct full and thorough applicant registrations
- Advertise to generate the largest/ best quality response
- Source candidates using a variety of search methods to build a robust candidate pipeline
- Manage and control administration of systems for candidates to ensure compliance
- Support with maintaining an up-to-date availability list of candidates at all times.
- Any other tasks as required by your manager.
