Supply Chain Team LeaderPertemps are currently recruiting for a Supply Chain Team Leader to join a world class manufacturing business based in Basingstoke. Our clients products are the backbone of industries such as medical, semiconductor, and research, providing reliable and efficient low-temperature environments essential for cutting-edge developments.The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing both sales and procurement order processes. This role requires a strong understanding of supply chain management, customer service and operations.Responsibilities as a Supply Chain Team Leader:- Lead and develop a team of 2 administrators- Work closely with the supply chain manager- Oversee the entire sales order process- Collaborate with a variety of teams including sales and service- Align customer demand forecasting- Ensure accurate forecasting and timely delivery of materials to support production- Identify opportunities to streamline and improve sales and procurement processes- Identify and recommend system enhancements to improve efficiency- Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholdersRequirements:- A minimum of 3 years within a supply chain position- Proven leadership and team management skills- Experience within manufacturing or production- Proficient in order management and procurement systems (ERP and CRM)- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills- Strong attention to detailThe Role- Negotiable Salary- 40 hours per week (working 8 hours per day inbetween 07.30 - 1800)- 25 days holiday plus bank holidays- Generous pension contribution- Private medical and dental coverIf you are interested in this Supply Chain Team Leader position, please apply below or get in contact with Jemma at Pertemps.
