Supply Chain Team Leader

Pertemps are currently recruiting for a Supply Chain Team Leader to join a world class manufacturing business based in Basingstoke. Our clients products are the backbone of industries such as medical, semiconductor, and research, providing reliable and efficient low-temperature environments essential for cutting-edge developments.
The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing both sales and procurement order processes. This role requires a strong understanding of supply chain management, customer service and operations.

Responsibilities as a Supply Chain Team Leader:
- Lead and develop a team of 2 administrators
- Work closely with the supply chain manager
- Oversee the entire sales order process
- Collaborate with a variety of teams including sales and service
- Align customer demand forecasting
- Ensure accurate forecasting and timely delivery of materials to support production
- Identify opportunities to streamline and improve sales and procurement processes
- Identify and recommend system enhancements to improve efficiency
- Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders

Requirements:
- A minimum of 3 years within a supply chain position
- Proven leadership and team management skills
- Experience within manufacturing or production
- Proficient in order management and procurement systems (ERP and CRM)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong attention to detail

The Role
- Negotiable Salary
- 40 hours per week (working 8 hours per day inbetween 07.30 - 1800)
- 25 days holiday plus bank holidays
