Job Opportunity - Receptionist (30 hours per week)

Contract Duration: 3+ months
Working Hours: Mon - Fri, 12:00 - 18:00, 30 hours per week
Pay Rate: 12.60 per hour
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome all customers and visitors with a friendly and professional attitude, ensuring prompt and courteous service.
- Provide advice and information to visitors as needed.
- Follow visitor procedures, including signing-in and issuing badges, in compliance with Fire Regulations.
- Handle potentially sensitive situations calmly to maintain security and professionalism.
- Answer telephone calls promptly, addressing enquiries or connecting calls to the relevant staff members while ensuring all calls are announced.
- Process incoming and outgoing mail, including liaising with couriers for package handling.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Proven customer service experience.
- Computer literate with a good working knowledge of office applications.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Skilled at listening, questioning, and conflict resolution.
- Ability to prioritise tasks, plan effectively, and work with attention to detail.
- Confident telephone manner and ability to use own initiative.
- A commitment to delivering outstanding customer service.
