About Us
We are the UK’s largest independent forecourt operator with over 1200 sites across the UK. We’re a dynamic and growing quick-service restaurant (QSR) brand, known for delivering great-tasting food and excellent customer service. With a focus on quality, speed, and innovation, we’re looking for an experienced Area Manager to lead our operations across 15 sites. This role is based across the areas of Southampton, Basingstoke and Reading.

Multisite Manager - The Role:
As the Food Services Area Manager, you’ll be the driving force behind our sites' success, ensuring operational excellence, high customer satisfaction, and team development. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys multi-site management, and is passionate about building high-performing teams.

Multisite Manager - Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of 15 sites, ensuring consistency in service, quality, and brand standards whilst ensuring that site teams are fully trained to deliver.
  • Develop, mentor, train and inspire site managers or contract managers and their teams to achieve KPIs and deliver an outstanding customer experience.
  • Implement and monitor compliance with health and safety, food hygiene, company policies and comply with the brands franchisor regulations.
  • Analyse financial reports, manage budgets, and drive profitability across all sites. You will also be responsible for delivering the facility fee budget assigned to your area.
  • Collaborate with the leadership team to develop and implement strategies for growth and innovation.
  • Conduct regular site visits to maintain visibility and address operational challenges promptly.
  • Attend & present in monthly team meetings.
  • Assist with the launch of developments that include hot food in your geographical area including new openings.
  • Willingness to cover other Area Managers as and when the business requires.

Multisite Manager - About You
You’ll bring a hands-on, results-driven approach to this role and have:

  • Proven experience in multi-site management within QSR (2 years minimum)
  • A track record of achieving operational and financial targets.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate, train and develop teams.
  • A customer-first mindset with a passion for delivering high standards with the ability to plan.
  • Flexibility to travel between sites as required (Full UK Driving Licence)
  • Minimum Level 3 Food Hygiene.
