HGV Service Advisor needed

Our client, a commercial vehicle fleet management company , is seeking for HGV Service Advisor to join their team.

The ideal candidate will be in direct contact with the customer and will be skilled interface between them and the workshop, to deliver our customer promise.
Also will have a significant impact on customer satisfaction and make a key contribution to the success of the aftersales operation.

Role:HGV Service Advisor

Hours:Monday to Friday , Day shift

Location:Basingstoke

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the primary point of contact for customers in need of vehicle service.
• Manage service bookings and ensure timely management of client queries.
• Communicate effectively with customers about service options, costs, and timelines.
• Coordinate with the service team to ensure successful completion of vehicle maintenance and repairs.
• Maintain up-to-date and accurate customer records using our CRM system.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a similar role within the automotive industry is a must.
• Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively liaise with customers and team members.
• Proactive attitude with a passion for customer satisfaction and service excellence.
• Willingness to embrace new automotive technologies and advancements.
• service advisor: 3 years (preferred)
• Driving Licence (preferred)
