Day-to-day of the role:- Conduct stock counts and ensure accuracy in inventory management.
- Pick items meticulously for next-day delivery.
- Load company vehicles as directed by the Warehouse Supervisor, adhering to weight distribution guidelines.
- Maintain a safe and efficient warehouse environment, following all safety guidelines and procedures.
- Collaborate effectively within a small team to meet and exceed operational goals.
- Valid Forklift Licence (Counterbalance and/or Aisle Master).
- Proven experience in van/lorry loading with knowledge of weight distributions.
- Awareness of safe handling practices.
- Adequate knowledge of electronic ERP systems.
- Eligibility to work in the UK and ability to collaborate within a small team environment.
