Our client is seeking a Warehouse Operative to join their team on a full time, temporary basis with the potential for permanent employment. The ideal candidate will be available immediately, have previous experience within a warehouse environment and have their own safety boots.

The role will be to ensure that all goods are picked, packed, labelled, modified and checked correctly in a timely manner as per customer specifications. Attention to detail is key with this opportunity.

Working hours are Monday to Friday, 7am to 3:30pm

Main duties:

  • Labelling, tagging, bagging & building packs
  • Ensure that all labelling (product, case, pallet) is accurate and applied as per customer requirement
  • Ensure the correct products are picked, packed, labelled, checked & despatched as per customer requirements
  • Ensure that all pallets are built correctly as per customer requirement
  • Before any goods leave the building, they are checked and signed off to reduce the risk of errors
  • Ensure that before you start a task that you have a good supply of consumables to finish the job
  • Ensure that you have a good supply of labels for all printing
