• Managing a portfolio of clients, providing a range of audit and accounts services
• Leading audits from planning through to completion for a variety of clients, ensuring compliance with audit standards
• Preparing statutory accounts and management accounts for limited companies, partnerships, and sole traders
• Reviewing the work of junior staff, offering guidance and mentoring to support their development
