Robert Half are delighted to be supporting an international organisation in Bath on the recruitment of a Management Accountant to join the team. This is a fantastic opportunity for an ACCA/CIMA studier to join an established Finance team and accelerate their career.
Our client adopts a hybrid working model, that would require you in their central Bath office for 2 days per week.
Responsibilities of the Management Accountant will include but not be limited to:
- Preparing and managing monthly management and project accounts, annual budgets and quarterly forecasts.
- Lead finance reviews for assigned projects, providing guidance on performance and risks.
- Collaborate with the Project Operations team and support on financial decision making.
- Present financial analysis to leadership and liaise with regional finance teams.
- Ensure adherence to finance processes, meet deadlines and drive continuous improvement.
Your Profile:
- Must be actively studying for ACCA or CIMA professional qualification.
- Previous experience working in a similar position, with exposure to monthly management and project accounts.
- A confident and proactive individual able to work well both as part of a team and autonomously.
- Excellent Microsoft Excel and system skills.
In return, the successful candidate can expect a salary of between £35-40k dependant on experience plus benefits including a generous pension scheme, life assurance, enhanced parenthood leave and more.
