Are you looking for a permanent Administrative / Support opportunity in Bath within a fast-moving environment?
Salary: £24-26,000 depending on experience
Hours are Monday to Thursday 9-6pm, Friday 9am – 5pm
This would suit someone with excellent Administration experience, first class customer service skills coupled with an outgoing and team-oriented manner.
Working in a small team and being the face of the company your daily duties will include:
• Providing full administrative support to a small team• Manning busy 'phones, taking comprehensive messages and passing on to the relevant person• Dealing with customers and managing their expectations • Keeping spreadsheets up to date with information using Excel • Replying to customer emails and general ad hoc office duties
The ideal candidate should:
• Have previous Administration experience• Be professional, polite and friendly• Have the ability to work to deadlines• Be able to work as part of a team• Possess good IT skills
