REED Business Support in Bath is seeking a Temporary member of staff to work as an Administrator / Co-ordinator for a thriving business in Bath.

This role is to cover maternity and is for 3 months36.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday £16.23 per hourAsap start

This role is crucial for managing partnership programmes and maintaining relationships with both external partners and internal departments. The successful candidate will provide essential operational and administrative support, ensuring the smooth execution of partnership activities and functions.

Day-to-day of the role:•    Co-ordinate and support operational and administrative tasks •    Process maps, flow charts on Word and PowerPoint•    Organise and manage meetings and events with internal and external stakeholders, including web-based meetings and conference calls•    Act as Secretary to partnership committee/board meetings, taking minutes and assisting with follow-up actions.•    Serve as the main point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, managing communications and diary•    Draft correspondence, presentations, and reports, and prepare briefing materials for meetings.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

•    Degree-level education or equivalent•    Proven experience in administration, including financial administration•    Strong experience in managing tight deadlines in a complex, multi-faceted environment•    Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a high standard of accuracy and attention to detail•    Ability to handle sensitive information with complete discretion and confidentiality.
