Juice Recruitment is delighted to be supporting a well-established business located just outside of Bath in their search for a Business Support Administrator. This successful company has a fantastic reputation and collaborates with prominent businesses across the UK.

You will join a supportive and hardworking team, playing a key role in the smooth operation of the office and wider teams. This is a varied and hands-on position, perfect for someone who thrives on responsibility and enjoys tackling new challenges. Strong communication and organisational skills are essential!

DAY TO DAY:

  • Answer incoming calls, resolving queries or forwarding them to the relevant department.
  • Raise purchase orders for equipment and supplies as required.
  • Process sales orders and create new project cases in the CRM system, recording customer requirements.
  • Liaise with internal teams to support the successful delivery of projects.
  • Input and maintain accurate data in the Microsoft Dynamics CRM platform.
  • Coordinate the management of faulty equipment, both in-office and from customer sites.
  • Welcome visitors to the office and assist with deliveries.
  • Monitor and maintain office supplies, ensuring the team has everything they need.

WE WOULD LOVE TO SEE:

  • 2-5 years of experience in an administrative or office-based role (essential).
  • A strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
  • Proven ability to learn new systems quickly.
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills.
  • Confidence in prioritising tasks in a busy environment.
  • A professional, personable, and proactive communication style.
