Juice Recruitment is delighted to be supporting a well-established and reputable business based in Bath in their search for a Client Service Coordinator. This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic and innovative team, dedicated to providing a seamless client onboarding experience.

DAY TO DAY:

  • Establish productive contact with potential clients, gather relevant identification, and understand their needs to arrange initial meetings with fee earners.
  • Guide clients through the compliance and verification processes and provide a seamless onboarding journey.
  • Follow up with clients to improve conversion rates and record feedback for non-conversions to enhance future processes.
  • Recommend additional legal or financial services.
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure you are up to date with any changes for the client.

WHAT WE WOULD LOVE TO SEE:

  • Previous experience in a client/customer-focused role.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Proactive, solution-focused approach with excellent attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Organisational skills to manage time effectively while maintaining high standards of service.
  • IT proficiency, including familiarity with administrative systems.
