We are looking for a Client Services Administrator to join a professional services company on a temporary basis, however for the right candidate a permanent position could be offered. This is a full-time role based in Bath.

Day To Day

As a Client Services Administrator, you’ll play a vital role in supporting the smooth running of our professional services team. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Acting as the first point of contact for clients via phone, email, and in person.
  • Managing client queries with professionalism and efficiency.
  • Maintaining and updating client records and databases.
  • Providing administrative support to the team, including document preparation and scheduling.
  • Coordinating appointments and diary management.
  • Assisting with the preparation of reports, presentations, and correspondence.
  • Supporting the team in delivering exceptional client experiences.
