Fawkes & Reece are currently hiring for a Document Controller to join a dynamic Tier 1 contractor. This fantastic opportunity to join a established Digital team of one of the country's top main contractors to work on a range schemes. Their project portfolio consists of high spec commercial office, stadiums and luxury hotel developments valuing between £20M - £200M across the South West.
Utilising your previous experience as a Document Controller within the construction industry, previous experience using viewpoint is essential. This role is hybrid with the opportunity to work between their Head office and home.
Duties include;
- Management and maintain all design documentation in line with company policy & procedures.
- Ensure all design documentation meets approved guidelines
- Liaise and support site team with rolls out of the latest issue of design documentation.
- Responsible for correctly filling the appropriate documentation.
