We are delighted to recruiting a key role within Central Bath based in an award winning of employer of choice.

Key remits of the role include - full secretarial support to Executive and Management Committee chairs and admin support to Chief Executive Officer, Board members and exec committee.

DAY TO DAY

  • Supporting the Financial Controller to ensure governance is in line with all statutory and regulatory requirements
  • Providing full secretarial and administrative support services to the Chief Executive, Financial Controller, Board members and Executive Committee
  • Acting as Secretary and Minute taker for the Executive Committee and Society Management Committees.
  • Collating and manage the Board and Committee paperwork through the portal
  • Managing the policy approval process ensuring the timely completion of policy updates and approvals.
  • Managing the scheduling of all Board and Management Committee meetings
  • Maintaining reception area
  • Ensuring all premises are well maintained and manage contractors to ensure they deliver value for money and comply with all safety requirements.
  • Working with the Financial Controller & Society Secretary to set the Corporate Services department budget and proactively manage costs prudently in line with the budget.
  • Acting as Health and Safety Officer to ensure complinance with all Health & Safety regulations.
  • Co-ordinating the annual insurance renewal & ensuring compliance with all insurance policies and manage any claims.
  • Managing the cleaning contracts & liaising with 3rd party suppliers
