Juice is delighted to be working on a brand-new appointment which has arisen due to growth. We’re supporting a premier employer in Bath who pride themselves on investing in their staff through personal growth and career development.

This role works closely with the Executive board on a regular basis and a good strong background in C-suite administrative support would be beneficial.

Working alongside the governance manager and exec support team your duties will include -

Providing full administrative support to Boards and Committees through preparation of detailed agendas, meeting packs and minutes, ensuring follow up actions are recorded and documented

Maintaining statutory and governance registers, coordinating responses for regulatory returns eg to FCA

Manage and administer recording of legal documents

Day to day compliance with policies eg gifts and hospitality, modern slavery and GPG reporting

Supporting with on-boarding, inductions, appraisals and programmes for Board and Committee members

Any further admin tasks associated with governance which enhance the framework

WE WOULD LOVE TO SEE:

Experience of taking detailed minutes for Committees and Boards

Excellent MS Office skills and ideally a practical knowledge of portals used to support C-suite administration

A ability to work to deadlines with out supervision

A proactive approach to problem solving
