What You’ll Be Doing:
- Providing essential administrative support to our Financial Planners and Paraplanners.
- Preparing client documentation, meeting packs, and annual review reports.
- Managing client portfolios, ensuring data accuracy and compliance.
- Liaising with providers and clients to process applications, payments, and policy updates.
- Maintaining and updating CRM systems with client details and financial information.
Who We’re Looking For:
- Experience in financial administration, ideally within an IFA, wealth management, or financial planning firm.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- A proactive approach, with a desire to develop and progress in the financial planning profession.
