Job Title: IFA Administrator

Locations: Bath

Hours: Full Time (Hybrid Working + Flexible Hours)

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Providing essential administrative support to our Financial Planners and Paraplanners.
  • Preparing client documentation, meeting packs, and annual review reports.
  • Managing client portfolios, ensuring data accuracy and compliance.
  • Liaising with providers and clients to process applications, payments, and policy updates.
  • Maintaining and updating CRM systems with client details and financial information.

Who We’re Looking For:

  • Experience in financial administration, ideally within an IFA, wealth management, or financial planning firm.
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • A proactive approach, with a desire to develop and progress in the financial planning profession.
