You’ll be a Motion Graphics Designer with strong expertise in Adobe Creative Cloud, particularly After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, and Photoshop. Experience of colour grading, compositing, XD and 3D software would be amazing but isn’t essential. You love crafting engaging motion content, from sleek animations to dynamic video edits, and have an eye for detail that ensures every frame is polished to perfection. If you’re currently in a similar agency role or working in-house on motion projects and are looking for an opportunity to work across a variety of brands in a super-friendly environment where you’ll be supported to learn and grow, we’d love to hear from you.

This is a hybrid working role which will allow you to balance collaboration and creativity, team work and head-space. You’ll spend three days a week in the office, based just outside of Bath, and two days working from home.

Skills and Experience

  • 2+ years of commercial experience in motion graphics design.
  • Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, especially After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
  • A strong portfolio showcasing engaging motion design work.
  • A graphic design background would be ideal but isn’t essential.
  • Social content experience would be amazing but again, it’s not a deal breaker.
  • Experience working on brand-led motion content across multiple platforms.
  • A keen eye for detail.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with clients and internal teams.
  • A proactive mindset and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
