Sonic Summary

A vibrant studio of 30, part of a top 10 AJ practice, is seeking RIBA Part 2 assistants with experience in UK architectural practices.
The role involves building regulation approvals, site visits, planning submissions, and liaising with clients and consultants.
Candidates should have a solid knowledge of planning systems and good presentation skills, with REVIT experience being desirable but not mandatory as training will be provided.
The position offers a competitive salary and requires candidates to have at least one year of relevant experience.
Additional benefits include 25 days of holiday, core hours of 10 to 4, a cycle to work scheme, and free parking.

A vibrant studio of 30 that are part of an established top 10 AJ practice who operate throughout the country have enjoyed a prosperous first quarter which is set to continue for the rest of the year. They provide clients with architecture, urban design, landscape architecture, town planning and interior design services working with private and public sector clients.

You will enjoy the mix of projects and gain the experience to continue on your pathway to chartership and your day to day duties will include

- Building reg approvals

- Carrying out site visits

- Planning submissions

- Lising with clients and consultants

We are keen to speak with RIBA Part 2 assistants who have gained experience in UK architectural practices. You will have a good knowledge of the planning systems and hold neat presentation skills. REVIT is desirable although training will be given.

You will enjoy a great working atmosphere and liaise with other Part 2 students in different locations throughout your time at the company. There is 25 days holiday, core hours of 10 /4, cycle to work scheme and free parking.
