Salary: £35,000-48,000 dependent on experience

The successful Project Architect will have post qualification experience working across residential or commercial projects, capable at running projects and boast design flare.

Skills, Experience and Responsibilities for the role of Project Architect:

ARB registered
several years of post Part 3 qualification experience in a UK Architectural practice
Proficiency in AutoCAD, the Adobe Suite and Sketch Up
Keen eye for detail and boast design flare
Strong understanding of current building regulations and planning applications
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Strong technical skills
Experience working on heritage/ listed building projects as well as residential and commercial
Job running experience
Proven experience across all RIBA stages
Positive and proactive attitude
Confident liaising with contractors, clients and other professionals
Live locally to Bath / Bristol area
