We are looking for an experienced Design Coordinator or Design Manager to join one of our clients, an award winning and highly successful regeneration contractor working on a very prestigious project in Bath.
Due to the award of this key scheme, they are looking for someone to work alongside the lead Design Manager on the scheme which will run for approximately 3 years.
You will have exposure to all elements of the scheme and play a key role in the overall delivery of the technical design.
This role would suit a design coordinator on manager from a housing or main contracting background, or someone from an architectural background looking to get into main contracting.
