Accounts Payable Assistant

Central Bath, BA2 3DP (Hybrid working: 3 days in the office 2 days remote)

The Role

We’re on the lookout for an Accounts Payable Assistant to join our dynamic Finance team. This role is perfect for someone with a keen eye for detail and the ability to excel in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

*    Entering and sending invoices for approval.

*    Preparing and processing payment runs.

*    Bank reconciliation and generating reports.

*    Managing purchase orders and maintaining inboxes.

*    Handling CT61 payments and submissions.

*    Resolving customer queries promptly.

*    Applying manual credits and processing cancellations.

*    Raising manual invoices using Xero.
