Morgan McKinley are working with a business based in Bath to recruit an Accounts Payable Clerk to join their Accounts Payable Team. Our client is ideally looking for an experienced Accounts Payable clerk that can hit the ground running.

The responsibilities for this Accounts Payable clerk position include:

  • Invoice processing
  • Supplier statement reconciliations
  • Process expenses
  • Assisting with payment runs
  • Posting direct debits
  • Credit notes
  • Supplier onboarding

The ideal candidate for this position:

  • 2+ years of experience in Accounts Payable
  • AAT qualification would be beneficial but not essential
  • Proactive with strong attention to detail
  • Good excel skills

The package:

  • Salary is dependent on experience but between £25-30K
  • Time in office - 2 days a week post training
  • Study support if required
