We are working with a local authority who are looking for a Business Analyst to join their team, to provide advice and guidance to the Transport team on sustainability measures.
Location:Â Southwest based Local AuthorityÂ
Set-up: Remote/Hybrid – 2 days per week
Rate: £400 per day OUTSIDE IR35
Duration:Â 3 months initial
Hours:Â Full-time position
Responsibilities include:
- Analyse and document existing cross organisational processes and methodologies
- Collect, understand, and translate business requirements
- Liaise with all stakeholders to ensure clear definition and agreement of business requirements
- Develop and create business requirements, process flows, relevant templates and examples
- Develop process maps and workflows
- Create new lean processes and new documentation that meet governance requirements in a regulated environment
Requirements:
- Experienced business analyst who has worked in a range of complex environments
- An understanding of project management methodology
- Ability to effectively engage a range of stakeholders at all levels
- Ability to effectively process and synthesise complex information and present it in an accessible and clear way to inform business decisions
- An understanding of the political environment
