They're seeking a highly motivated Business Development Executive with at least three years of experience to help drive the growth of therebusiness. You will play a crucial role in identifying new business opportunities, building stakeholder relationships, and contributing to the overall business strategy. The successful candidate will have experience working with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems, including involvement in implementing or developing in-house CRM solutions.


Main Duties and Responsibilities

Identify and develop new business opportunities in line with company growth strategies.

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and industry stakeholders.

Assist in the development and implementation of in-house CRM systems or work closely with external CRM providers.

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the market, competitors, and trends to drive business growth.

Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to refine strategies and improve customer acquisition.

Deliver presentations and proposals to potential clients, showcasing the company's services.

Monitor and report on business development activities, ensuring sales targets are met.

Negotiate and close business deals to meet or exceed sales objectives. Key Competencies

Proven track record in business development, sales, or a similar role with at least three years of experience.

Experience in using and implementing CRM systems. Experience assisting with the creation of an in-house CRM is highly desirable.

Strong understanding of sales and marketing strategies.

Excellent communication and negotiation skills, both written and verbal.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Proactive, results-driven, with a focus on meeting targets and continuous improvement.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
