- Proven experience in a BI Manager or similar lead role, with hands-on expertise
- Strong background in a marketing, digital advertising, commercial sales, or publishing (or similar) environment
- Experience with SQL, ETL processes, and data modelling
- Proficiency with Google Ad Manager, Google Analytics, and advertising media buying channels (e.g., real-time bidding, programmatic direct)
- Experience in BigQuery, Looker Studio, or similar visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau)
- Line management experience, or mentoring and coaching experience
- Experience with data warehousing technologies like Snowflake or Google Cloud Platform (GCP) is a plus
- Knowledge of on-platform advertising, affiliate marketing, and digital media is highly desirable
- You’ll be required to do three days in the office and can work remotely two days a week, but would need to be within a commutable distance from Bath
