Bath and North East Somerset Council are recriting for a First Resonse Team manager


This will be in an adult services and you will be required to be in the office 3 days per week.

What you will do:
Supervise and support a team of social workers, providing guidance and conducting regular performance reviews to ensure top-notch service delivery.
Oversee urgent cases, ensuring timely and effective risk assessments and interventions are carried out to safeguard vulnerable individuals.
Take charge of complex, emergency situations by managing responses that ensure safety and well-being.
Allocate necessary resources effectively and work collaboratively with other services for comprehensive client support.
Ensure that all work complies with relevant legal frameworks, local policies, and social care standards for highest quality.
Build strong partnerships with agencies such as police, healthcare, and housing to ensure a multidisciplinary response.
Monitor team performance, manage workloads, and ensure service delivery aligns with targets and expectations.
