- Process Client Instructions & Administration - Accurately handle SIPP-related client requests, ensuring timely and efficient processing.
- Manage Queries & Complaints - Respond to and resolve customer and adviser queries, investigating complaints professionally.
- Maintain & Improve Processes - Update team procedures, enhance process flows, and identify operational risks.
- Ensure Compliance & Quality Service - Deliver excellent customer outcomes while adhering to regulatory and internal compliance standards.
- Collaborate with Stakeholders - Work closely with advisers, customers, internal teams, and third parties to support smooth operations.
