I’m looking for a Head Pastry Chef to join a fantastic 5-star hotel in Bath. This is a great opportunity to lead the pastry section, working across two restaurants – including a 3 Rosette fine dining restaurant and a casual dining space.

- Create and develop desserts for both restaurants
- Lead the pastry team & manage kitchen operations
- Oversee bread making, afternoon teas & recipe development
