You’ll work alongside strategists, data experts, and creatives to shape and steer projects from inception to launch. If you're obsessed with process, love a good RAID log, and can handle multiple workstreams without breaking a sweat, we want to hear from you.

The Role
- Own the delivery process - Lead the day-to-day running of projects, keeping everything on track, on time, and on budget.
- Partner with top clients - Represent the delivery team in client-facing sessions and build solid trust through transparency and collaboration.
- Champion agile ways of working - Run ceremonies, manage Jira/DevOps boards, and ensure smooth comms across cross-functional teams.
- Keep things moving - From RAID logs to status updates, you’ll be the master of visibility, risk mitigation, and delivery health.
- Shape the future - Bring continuous improvement to every process, tool, and team you work with.
- Guide and support - Coach junior delivery team members and lead workshops and retros with energy and purpose.
Skills and Experience
- Commercial delivery and project management experience - 2-5 years in a client-facing delivery or project/account management role, ideally in a digital agency or consultancy.
- Process driven - Strong knowledge of Agile and Lean, with the flexibility to work Waterfall or hybrid when needed.
- Tech tools fluent - Confident with Azure DevOps, Jira, Confluence, Smartsheets, Monday.com (you name it).
- Big-picture brain, detail-focused heart - Able to juggle multiple projects and cross-functional teams while keeping an eye on KPIs, scope, and budgets.
- Great with people - You know how to engage stakeholders, lead workshops, and communicate clearly at all levels.
- Data-savvy? Even better - Bonus points if you’ve worked with CRM, Salesforce, Dynamics, or £500k+ digital programmes.
