Highly proactive & sales driven Head of Admissions for leading independent girls' school, Bath

This important role presents an exciting opportunity for an admissions professional to drive the success at this leading independent girls school in central Bath.

The post holder will work closely with the Director of External Relations to define and drive the pupil recruitment strategy and lead the Admissions process across the whole school. The Head of Admissions will also work closely with the Head, the Director of Finance and Operations (DFO) and Director of External Relations to support parent interviews and provide regular numbers to enable forecasting and growth.

They will regularly attend events with parents and feeder schools and work with all colleagues to deliver an exceptional customer journey for every prospective family.
