The Role:

We're looking for an experienced Luxury Project Sales Manager to drive the sales on an upcoming launch on a brand new scheme in Bath.

You will lead the sales launch of a new luxury development, driving strategy, execution, and client engagement from pre-launch through to project sell-out. You will be responsible for preparing the market, building momentum, and managing the full sales journey - from prospecting and presentations to negotiations and closings. Working closely with marketing, design, and senior leadership teams, you will ensure the project is positioned for maximum success, delivering a world-class sales experience to high-net-worth buyers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead luxury project sales from launch to handover.

  • Build and manage a strong pipeline of qualified buyers.

  • Represent the brand at private events, exhibitions, and client meetings.

  • Collaborate with marketing and internal teams to optimise campaigns and client experience.

  • Provide regular reporting and market insights to leadership.

  • Lead and drive a high performing sales teams.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years' experience in New Homes residential sales.

  • Proven track record selling high-end residential projects.

  • Strong UHNW network and client management skills.

  • Professional, polished, and highly motivated.

  • Entrepreneurial spirit and ability to work autonomously.
