The Role:
We're looking for an experienced Luxury Project Sales Manager to drive the sales on an upcoming launch on a brand new scheme in Bath.
You will lead the sales launch of a new luxury development, driving strategy, execution, and client engagement from pre-launch through to project sell-out. You will be responsible for preparing the market, building momentum, and managing the full sales journey - from prospecting and presentations to negotiations and closings. Working closely with marketing, design, and senior leadership teams, you will ensure the project is positioned for maximum success, delivering a world-class sales experience to high-net-worth buyers.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead luxury project sales from launch to handover.

Build and manage a strong pipeline of qualified buyers.

Represent the brand at private events, exhibitions, and client meetings.

Collaborate with marketing and internal teams to optimise campaigns and client experience.

Provide regular reporting and market insights to leadership.
- Lead and drive a high performing sales teams.
Requirements:

5+ years' experience in New Homes residential sales.

Proven track record selling high-end residential projects.

Strong UHNW network and client management skills.

Professional, polished, and highly motivated.

Entrepreneurial spirit and ability to work autonomously.
