Are you a Business Development / Account Manager or similar with a background in Interior Design where you will oversee a tight-knit Sales team and head up the entire sales function, implementing strategies and directly influencing the growth and success of a well-established and ambitious business?

On offer is a specialist and technically challenging role where you will identify new business opportunities and upsell to existing account as you play a key role within the Senior Management Team.

This company has established itself as a leading Interior Design specialist over the last 40 years, providing top-tier services to a range of clients including hotels, offices but primarily residential new-build developments.

This varied role would see you overseeing a team of three Business Development Managers and a Marketing Specialist. You would be influencing policy, strategy, and budget decisions, as you collaborate closely with the interior design team to ensure every project meets or exceeds client expectations. Further to this you will be responsible for identifying some new business opportunities and upselling to existing accounts.

This role would suit a Sales Manager or similar, with knowledge of the Interior Design industry looking for a technical and specialist role in a leading interior design company offering a bonus to increase your earnings.

  • Leading a team of Business Development Managers and a Marketing Specialist.
  • Maintaining relationships with existing clients and building new accounts.
  • Managing strategy and marketing.
  • Monday to Friday, flexible hours, 1-2 days remote every 2 weeks.

The Person:

  • Head of Business Development or similar.
  • Background in Interior Design.
  • Commutable to Paulton and willing to travel around the South-East, London and Cambridge.
