Our client is independent and trusted provider of Unified Communications and Collaboration technology. They are looking for a Sales Manager who will grow revenue by mentoring the existing team, helping to present and close potential deals, and growing the existing team's headcount. This is a pivotal role in the business' history and has the potential to develop into a Main Board equity holding position.Key Objectives• Oversee the development of the business sales and marketing strategies• Bid for and win contracts that provide a platform for our ambitions in delivering integrated communications• Mentor and develop the existing sales team.• Develop new products that meet the needs of commissioning bodies and partner agencies.
