We have a role for a site engineer to support our client on a live Highways improvement scheme. The project involves carriageway strengthening and drainage improvements.
The Engineer will be required to work on day shifts and provide accurate setting out information and line and level on site for 2 -3 drainage gangs and also set out kerb lines.
Site Engineer duties:
- Setting out and surveying (Total Station & GPS)
- Produce as built drawings in AutoCAD
- Quality control throughout construction process and ITP check sheets
- Problem solving design changes, material changes.
To be considered it would be ideal to have previous highways experience, CSCS card required and own laptop with Auto CAD. Saturday work also required.
The contractor operates on a principle contractor bases and self-deliver a number of schemes directly for clients throughout the South of England.
